<p>Authorities believe that this strategy may lead consumers to govern the consumption of such products. New York Mayor, Michael Bloomberg previously launched an aggressive campaign against <strong>trans fats</strong>, also focused on forcing the cafes, restaurants and <strong>fast food</strong> chains to put calorie content and information on menus, in the same way focused on the sale of healthier products in the corners as fruits and vegetables.</p>
