Naturally, the Insanity workout will not turn everyone into a lean muscular man or woman. It’s evident from watching the DVDs that Shaun T., the trainer in the program, lot of experience and knowledge of physical fitness. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes, but there is a warm up first, and stretching before and after each workout, so the Insanity Workout will require a commitment of 45 minutes a day.

Expect to be challenged by this workout, no matter how fit you think you are. This is a really tough workout. You rarely see the program participants on the DVD take breaks during the routine, but they do on the Insanity Workout. At least you don’t feel so bad when you cant finish the workout.
