How to Prevent Carbohydrate Trigger Foods
Many of us are too long between meals and then we will reach a quick solution that is loaded with carbohydrates. The problem with doing this is that only spikes our blood sugar then causes it to drop dramatically. Foods high in sugar, like cookies, white bread, chips and soft drinks have virtually no nutritional value and only add empty calories to your daily intake is just that your risk always to obtain the weight and getting diabetes.
It is relatively easy to prevent these desires and urges as you will be disciplined and follow a few simple guidelines.
I recommend you break your meals into four to six meals evenly throughout the day so you eat something every 2-3 hours. How you do this will depend on your metabolism and your activity level. This will stabilize your blood sugar, keep your metabolism at an optimum level and reduce cravings.
Another thing to do is clean a house. You should go in your cupboard and your fridge and throw all the bad things, like chips and cookies and all white foods because they are refined. Try to pure fruit juices and not those of the store with sugar added.
If you can only make three simple meals that you keep a sort of healthy snack with your nuts, fresh fruit, low fat and protein drinks. This allows you to pop coins into a snack machine and eat some junk in the nutritional value of cardboard plus it will make you feel better and keep you energetic throughout the day.
Cut back on caffeine and that has not only coffee, but diet drinks and tea also. Avoid the new fitness drinks like Red Bull, they all contain artificial stimulants will give you a quick rush that soon will fall plus they can be dangerous. You do not stop cold turkey. If you are one of those four or five drinks diet drinks one days or three to four cups of coffee just start cutting them in half.
The bottom line is that by eating healthier you get the energy you’re looking at better health food you give your body. It is not happening at night a little adjustment for your body will take to respond. If you work better, I go on a four to seven day fast of water and organic juice to cleanse your body and prepare for the new lifestyle, especially if you are eating really bad.
