The word diet is now on everyone’s lips. Half the world population seems to be trying to lose weight or, some win. Or just change your diet.

The truth is that the use of the phrase “I’m on a diet” is a mistake, as we are always in some kind of diet, our own food is a type of diet. But in the sense that is commonly used, the diet is the reasonable use of certain foods in a healthy subject or patient.

However, experience shows that not always simply get on a diet is enough to lose weight. On the one hand, it is true that you should always be accompanied by changes in eating behavior with a proper exercise program that allows the burning of energy to finish off the fat reservoirs.

Juice diet

It is a diet based on the premise that for a week we just make juices, both vegetable and fruit (those that are of our choice).

This diet does not allow the use or no sugar or sweeteners, salt or additives, only completely pure and natural juices, or at best diluted with a little water.

Of course, natural juices are absolutely prohibited, so forget about those who come in sachets.

Pros: The results are very noticeable and actually appear as satisfactory as calorie consumption is very low, almost zero shooting. But most of the loss is water weight in water, making and losing it very fast, it also recovers very quickly.
